    The Crafting Convention is an arts & crafts show like no other! Not only can you shop a wide variety of crafts, jewelry, home décor, clothing and more from amazing vendors, but you can also dive into creative, hands-on workshops taught by expert presenters. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just looking for a fun day out, this event brings creativity to life!   • When and where is the event being held? 
    The Crafting Convention takes place twice a year, in the Spring and early Fall. Our next event is scheduled for Spring 2025 in the vibrant city of Round Rock, Texas. Stay tuned for exact dates and venue details, and be sure to mark your calendar!
  • How much does it cost to attend the event?
    General admission to the Crafting Convention, including access to the vendor marketplace and make & take stations, is free for now! This may change in the future as we grow and move to a larger venue. To participate in workshops, there is a registration fee, and some classes may require an additional kit purchase. Kit fees vary by class, so be sure to check the workshop descriptions for specific details
  • Is parking available at the event?
    Yes, there's plenty of on-site parking available, so you can enjoy the event without worrying about where to park.
  • Will there be food and drinks available at the event? 
    Absolutely! A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase throughout the event. Whether you're in the mood for a snack or a full meal, we’ve got you covered.
  • Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
    Yes, the venue is fully accessible for people with disabilities. We also have staff on hand to assist with any special needs or accommodations to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees
  • What is Crafts & Cocktails?
    Kick off the Crafting Convention in style, Crafts & Cocktails is an exclusive, ticketed event that sets the tone for an unforgettable weekend! This special evening gives you first access to everything the convention has to offer: First Dibs on Shopping: Explore our curated selection of vendors and shop their one-of-a-kind products before the general public. Exclusive Make & Take Crafts: Get creative with "Make & Take" crafting stations, where you’ll create unique projects to take home. Two Make & Takes are included with your ticket and vendors will have additional stations with unique projects. Beverages & Refreshments: Enjoy two complimentary drink tickets (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and light snacks while you mingle with fellow craft lovers in a lively, creative atmosphere. This is the perfect way to jumpstart your Crafting Convention experience
  • How do I get tickets for Crafts & Cocktails?

  • What is included in the ticket cost?
    Your Crafts & Cocktails ticket includes the following perks: Two sponsored Make & Take crafting sessions Two drink tickets (choose from a selection of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages) Light refreshments Early access to our amazing vendor marketplace, with a head start on shopping and creativity!   • How do I register for Classes? 
    ​To register for classes, simply visit our Take a Classpage where you can browse all available workshops. Once you find a class that interests you, click on it to read the full details. If you'd like to register, follow the prompts to add the class to your cart. You can continue shopping for more classes, or proceed to checkout when you're ready. Please note that class registration fees do not include the cost of class kits. Kit details and prices are available in each class description.
  • Can I register for classes at the door?
    Yes, you can register for classes on-site! Our staff will be available to provide class schedules and seat availability when you arrive. While we prefer online registration through our Take a Class page, we can assist with in-person registration. You can pay in cash if needed, but our team will also have computers ready to help you navigate the online registration process
  • Are there discounts for groups, seniors, or students?
    Yes, we offer bundle discounts for everyone! If you register for multiple classes, you can use special promo codes. Discounts apply when registering for 3 or 6 classes. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for exclusive promotions and additional savings throughout the event!
  • ​Do I need to bring my own supplies for classes? 
    No, you don’t need to bring your own supplies. Each class requires a kit, which is priced by the instructor. Kit details and prices are listed on the class page, so be sure to review them. Instructors will either collect payment for kits in advance or on the day of the class, depending on their preference.
